Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to common questions about our products and services
Is the water from an Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) really safe? Will it pull in dust and bacteria from the air?
It is absolutely safe. Our AWGs do not simply "condense air"; they are equipped with a medical-grade water treatment system.
Once air enters the machine, it first passes through an air filtration system to remove dust, particulates, and harmful gases. After condensation into water, it undergoes a multi-stage water purification system (including adsorption, filtration, and membrane separation) and continuous UV (Ultraviolet) disinfection. A dynamic water circulation system ensures that the water in the storage tank remains fresh. The output water quality fully complies with international drinking water standards, providing pure and healthy direct drinking water for you and your family.
How much electricity does an AWG consume? Under what environmental conditions can it operate normally?
We use industry-leading low-energy condensation core technology, with power consumption of only 0.24 - 0.57 kWh per liter of water produced, which is far lower than the overall carbon footprint of traditional bottled water.
The equipment is designed for strong adaptability and can operate efficiently within a temperature range of 15°C to 40°C and relative humidity ≥35%. Whether for homes, offices, remote islands, or wilderness camps, it requires only a power source (some models support 48V solar power) for "plug-and-play," completely eliminating reliance on traditional municipal water grids.
Do you have real-world, large-scale successful case studies? Can you guarantee the effluent quality meets standards?
Our equipment has been successfully applied in multiple demanding scenarios globally and has achieved 100% stable compliance. Typical cases include:
Shenzhen 50 Waste Transfer Stations Leachate Treatment: Using highly integrated UV+EM equipment, the effluent stably meets the Class A standard of the "Quality Standard for Wastewater Discharged into Municipal Sewers," with zero odor throughout the process, completely resolving the "Not-In-My-Back-Yard (NIMBY) effect."
Semiconductor Industry Wastewater Treatment (45,000 tons/day): Overcoming high-COD and high-fluoride challenges, the effluent COD is ≤20mg/L, meeting the extremely stringent discharge standards of the electronics industry.
Jinan Kitchen Waste Membrane Concentrate Treatment: The effluent not only meets standards but also satisfies the extremely strict local "Double 45" standard (COD≤45mg/L).
For difficult leachate and industrial wastewater, what are your core technological advantages over traditional processes (like Fenton or evaporation)?
Traditional processes face the pain points of high sludge volume, secondary pollution, and high energy consumption. We have independently developed two core patented technologies:
UVlogic® (Ultraviolet Advanced Oxidation Process - UV-AOP): Using UV photocatalysis to produce highly oxidative hydroxyl radicals (·OH), it efficiently degrades recalcitrant organic matter (e.g., membrane concentrates). It produces no secondary pollution and reduces sludge volume by approximately 50% compared to traditional Fenton reactions.
EMlogic® (Highly Efficient Biochemical Denitrification): Based on shortcut nitrification and denitrification technology, it is specially acclimated for high-salinity, high-COD wastewater. It saves 25% on aeration, 40% on carbon source dosing, and reduces residual sludge by 50%.
The combination of these two ensures long-term stable operation under high loads and extremely low O&M costs.
